Our Firm

Stephen J. Sebesta was established in 1964 and incorporated as Stephen J. Sebesta & Associates Inc. in 1985.  The firm has provided a wide variety of professional services to numerous commercial, public utility, university, industrial, governmental and other clients primarily located in northeast Ohio area. The firm provides creative engineering solutions to hazard abatement, environmental compliance and environmental remediation problems.

Since our firm has no formal affiliations with operating companies, contractors or laboratories it can provide architects, engineers, building owners and managers, school administrators, public officials and others with a cost effective means of obtaining independent, objective and confidential technical and management assistance on complex and sensitive environmental matters.   

In addition to the availability of a highly trained and experienced professional staff, our services are designed to make the most efficient use of the client’s staff and consultants.  If needed, the firm has immediate access to a multi-disciplinary team of highly specialized associates including engineers, industrial hygienists, industrial physicians,  environmental attorneys, and other professionals with specialized environmental skills.  

Stephen J. Sebesta & Associates, Inc. is registered as a professional engineering firm in the State of Ohio.  It is a Veteran Owned Small Business and has been registered as a DOD Trading Partner.  We have served as lead engineer on multi-disciplinary projects exceeding ten million dollars in construction cost and have teamed with architects, other engineers and project managers on extensive projects in operating airports, VA hospitals, commercial buildings, NASA facilities, and telephone central office buildings.
